About The Position
Casey J's Tavern, a member of Serenitee Restaurant Group, is seeking a skilled Server to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. They are looking for friendly, engaging, and energetic team members to join their front-of-house crew. This role is for someone who takes pride in great service, loves meeting new people, and enjoys being part of a place where guests return for the experience as much as the food.

- Prior serving experience required
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional hospitality from greeting to goodbye
- Build rapport with guests and create a welcoming “remember your name” experience
- Engage with regulars and make first-timers feel like they’ve been coming for years
- Confidently guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and offer recommendations
- Providing seamless service
- Maintain a clean, organized section while staying attentive and efficient
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth, high-quality service every shift
