About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Server to join their team at Proof, an American Canteen. This role involves delivering exceptional food and beverage service, guiding guests through menu offerings, coordinating food timing, using the Point of Sale system, and creating memorable dining experiences through attentive and personalized service. This is an opportunity for a guest-focused professional passionate about hospitality and thriving in a fast-paced luxury dining environment.

Requirements

• An outgoing personality, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings, with the ability to confidently guide guest dining experiences.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment preferred.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and current TIPS certification.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide thoughtful menu recommendations, and respond promptly and effectively to requests and concerns.
• Support overall restaurant operations by assisting with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining service standards throughout each shift.
