About The Position
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our members by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure member satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any member needs or concerns promptly. You will collaborate closely with kitchen staff and management to maintain smooth operations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role requires a strong focus on communication, multitasking, and problem-solving to handle a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Familiar with serving food and drinks.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and order management software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat members and their guests in a courteous and timely manner as needed.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
- Check in with members and their guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
