About The Position

The Server provides exceptional Royal Service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages promptly. This role ensures a positive dining experience by addressing customer needs, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and collaborating with kitchen staff for accurate order delivery. As a representative of Castle Royal Service, he or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills.

Requirements

High School or GED preferred
Prior experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment is required.
Understanding of basic restaurant sanitation.
Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential for success.
Ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and follow directions from supervisors.
Ability to work fast, effectively and stay focused under pressure.
Consistently showing up on time and ready to perform all duties as assigned.
Capability to manage multiple tables, handle orders, and maintain a clean and organized dining area simultaneously.
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

Multilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet residents promptly, make menu recommendations, repeat back orders for accuracy, deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, present check, collect funds for payment and make change quickly.
Follows local, state and federal health standards, and follows recipes designed by onsite F&B leadership.
Assists with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of the bar, dining room, walk-in coolers and all storage areas.
Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the onsite F&B leadership.
Hand wash and/or use of industrial dishwashers for glassware and other barware items.
Always follow sanitation policies.
