About The Position

At Meg O'Malley's, our service team members are our ambassadors. Servers are dedicated to 110% Guest satisfaction. Our servers must strive to reach a level of fun and enthusiasm backed by great service, which sets us apart from other restaurants. It is your job to ensure our Guests receive this experience.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm and caring attitude that is always ready to greet Guests and team with a smile
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Works well with a team
• Must be 18 years old or older, to serve alcohol
• Experience is a plus, but not required! We will train you!

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest
• Be fluent in Menu Knowledge, specials and event details
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle and count money
• Expedite food, get beverages, and deliver these items to our Guests
• Communicate effectively with Guests, team members and management
• Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate
• Able to work walking/standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary (30 lbs.)
• Maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and restaurant to company standards
