About The Position
Servers at The Post create a fun, familial guest experience through Southern-style hospitality. They provide knowledgeable, attentive service related to food, beer, and beverages, follow proper service steps and etiquette, and contribute to memorable guest experiences. The role calls for a detail-oriented, personable, and selfless team member who communicates well, works effectively in a fast-paced environment, stays calm under pressure, and adapts readily. The position is available full-time or part-time and requires full availability for nights and weekends. TIPS and/or responsible alcohol service training will be provided. Cicerone Certification is a plus.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented, with knowledge of proper steps of service and etiquette.
- Superior communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Personable, selfless approach to hospitality.
- Ability to stay cool under pressure and adapt.
- Full availability for nights and weekends.
- TIPS and/or responsible alcohol service certification; training will be provided.
