About The Position
Greater Good Imperial Brewing Company, home to world-class imperial beers and a lively taproom, is looking for energetic, guest-focused Servers to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, social environment and love helping people discover their new favorite brew, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or taproom preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Enthusiasm for craft beer (no prior expertise needed-we'll train you)
- A team-first attitude and flexibility to help wherever needed
Nice To Haves
- ServSafe or alcohol service certification a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to every guest
- Guide customers through our craft beer lineup and food menu, offering recommendations and pairing suggestions
- Take and enter orders accurately using our POS system
- Serve food and drinks quickly, safely, and with genuine hospitality
- Maintain clean, organized tables and work areas
- Work closely with the bar, kitchen, and fellow servers to keep service smooth and upbeat
