About The Position
Servers provide hospitable, customized service to Guests and help deliver the Chili’s dining experience. They learn the menu, explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. Servers also contribute to a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus; applicants must be at least 18 years old.
