About The Position
Cane Rosso in Carrollton, TX is looking for fun, outgoing, guest-obsessed Servers to join their crew. This role involves delivering genuine hospitality, guiding guests through the menu, taking orders, and working collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Servers will also handle payments and table management efficiently, aiming to create a fun and welcoming experience that encourages repeat business.
Requirements
- Availability for nights and weekends
- TABC and Food Handler certification (or willingness to get certified)
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Someone who can hustle, multitask, and still deliver genuine hospitality
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, genuine hospitality from the first greeting to the last goodbye
- Guide guests through our menu, make recommendations, and hype up the pizza like a pro
- Take accurate food and drink orders and keep things moving during busy shifts
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and fellow servers to keep service smooth
- Handle payments, side work, and tables with efficiency and attention to detail
- Create a fun, welcoming experience that keeps guests coming back for more
