Server Flexible $15-$21 (PRN)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at The KentRidge Senior Living in Kent, Ohio. This PRN position offers a flexible schedule and a starting wage of $15.00-$21.00 per hour. As a Server, you will be a "Host with the Most," greeting residents, fostering a welcoming environment, and mingling with them. You will also be a "Peppy Prepper," preparing tables and assisting with meal preparation, and a "Titan of Tidiness," bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness. We are looking for individuals with a positive and energetic attitude who love working with residents. The role requires physical activity including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping, with the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. You will also assist residents with mobility and after falls. Criminal clearance is required.
Requirements
- At least sixteen (16) years of age.
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Active; requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
- Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain residents.
- Foster an environment where residents can connect.
- Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, or roll silverware.
- Bus tables and sweep floors.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assist persons after a fall.
