About The Position
Looking for full and part time servers to join our team at Dott Boss!!! Our staff are expected to serve and treat our guests to the highest standards of customer service. We want you to have fun while working in a team environment and providing every person who walks through our doors with a positive experience. Looking for seasoned professionals to provide full restaurant wait-staff responsibilities at a restaurant in downtown Kansas City. Reports to Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef.
Requirements
- Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
- Do not have a high school diploma/GED
- Do not have a college diploma

Responsibilities
- Provides high-quality service to guest according to acceptable standards of the profession and the organization.
- Maintains close and frequent contact with contract guest, and strengthen rapport between the restaurant and guest.
- Strong knowledge in Food & Beverage
- Ensures personal compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Works harmoniously with fellow employees.
- Performs other duties as assigned by upper management.
