About The Position

The Server at Hyatt Regency Cincinnati provides attentive, professional service and helps create memorable dining experiences for guests. The role involves guiding guests through the menu, taking and delivering orders, anticipating guest needs, maintaining the dining area, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff. Servers work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and are expected to provide personalized service with attention to detail.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Meet the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction.

Nice To Haves

Six months to one year of serving experience preferred.
