The Server will sell and serve Shrimp Basket food and drinks in a professional manner. This role requires maintaining complete knowledge of the menu, including food and beverage preparation and limited-time offers (LTOs). The Server will take orders for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food items, prepare beverages, and use a computer-based POS system to ring in orders. They will suggestively sell and serve food and drinks to multiple tables, ensure drink refills, and handle various payment types, including making change. The Server is also responsible for maintaining specific side-work duties to ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant, clearing and resetting tables, and checking identification to ensure guests are of legal age to consume alcohol, refusing service politely when necessary. A key aspect of the role is to treat customers in a manner that ensures their complete satisfaction and to strive to exceed expectations. The Server must report to work on time in a neat and clean uniform, maintain good personal hygiene, and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Other duties as directed by management and reporting to required meetings are also part of the responsibilities.
