About The Position

At Acqua Bistecca, the role of the Server goes far beyond taking orders—it is about creating memorable, world-class dining experiences for every guest. Requirements

2-4 years’ experience in a fine dining or casual fine dining atmosphere
Exceptional communication skills
Extensive food and wine knowledge
Intellectual curiosity
Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a POS and Microsoft based Computer system
At least 18 years of age
Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
