About The Position
Logan's Roadhouse is seeking a Server to join their team. The Server's role is to exceed guest expectations and is key to the restaurant's success by delivering a perfectly crafted experience to guests every time. This involves delivering genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu and demonstrating thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings. The role requires providing timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for, creating positive first impressions that build loyalty, and being a team player with a "can-do" attitude to deliver 100% guest satisfaction. Logan's Roadhouse is a well-established, full-service restaurant concept with growth opportunities for team members.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol (based on state regulations).
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Alcohol certification and Serve Safe a plus!
- Previous experience as a server is preferred, but not required.
