About The Position

Stoney Point Meadows, a Cassia community, is hiring Servers to join our culinary team. This position is a rewarding way to earn a paycheck while learning valuable skills. In this role, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience by serving our residents, employees, and family members’ meals. Our Dietary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by the staff and residents alike. Safety is our number one priority. Staff are provided with personal protective equipment. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to stand for length of shift and lift up to 40 pounds.
Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
Compassionate, positive attitude and team player.
Selected candidates will be required to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

1+ year prior serving/dining experience preferred, but not required. We will train you for this position!
Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to residents, staff, and families.
Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary dietary department.
Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
May support kitchen staff with duties such as prepping food.
Complete additional tasks as needed.
