About The Position

Richmond Place Senior Living is hiring servers to join our team. This role is ideal for high school and college students who want to earn money, gain experience, and still have time for homework, family, or fun. The position offers a starting pay of $16 per hour, with part-time positions available. Shifts end by 8 PM, and flexible scheduling is offered around school and activities. Daily Pay is available, allowing employees to get paid tomorrow for work done today. A free meal is provided during shifts, and there is an Employee Appreciation Bonus.

Requirements

• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• No experience needed – we’ll train you!
• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required

• Greet guests and take orders
