About The Position

Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park is seeking friendly, energetic Servers who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Servers will help create memorable experiences for guests attending world-class concerts, special events, weddings, dining experiences, and seasonal attractions. This role involves serving guests at special events, assisting during sold-out concerts, and supporting daily dining operations, playing an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and special events
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, catering, event, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service with a welcoming attitude
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks while maintaining presentation standards
• Process payments using our POS system
