About The Position

The Chase Club Server is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and personalized food and beverage service while maintaining the high presentation and service standards expected at the hotel. Successful candidates are energetic, team-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and guest service skills required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays or supplies as needed.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

  • Previous restaurant, club, hotel, or food and beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests warmly and professionally while creating a welcoming and engaging dining experience.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently while anticipating guest needs and preferences.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly in accordance with established quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items, beverages, and daily specials.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns.
  • Resolve guest service issues appropriately and notify Outlet Management of any service, safety, or operational concerns.
  • Prepare food and beverages for service according to established health, safety, and presentation standards.
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to maintain a polished and inviting dining environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, tables, chairs, walls, mirrors, windows, and floors throughout each shift.
  • Complete all assigned opening, side-work, and closing duties thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed to support overall operations.
  • Process guest payments accurately and responsibly in accordance with cash handling and charge procedures, as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of all service areas.
  • Work collaboratively with culinary, stewarding, and hotel teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Assist in other hotel departments or operational areas when needed to support business demands.
  • Demonstrate genuine care and enthusiasm in serving guests while creating memorable experiences.
  • Recognize returning guests and anticipate individual needs whenever possible.
  • Consistently deliver the hotel’s GUEST service standards: Greet everyone warmly with a smile, Use eye contact, active listening, and guests’ names, Establish and anticipate guest needs, Solve and own guest requests or concerns, Thank every guest sincerely.
  • Treat all colleagues with professionalism, respect, and dignity.
  • Promote teamwork and maintain positive working relationships across all hotel departments.
