Requirements

  • 1+ years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence when engaging with guests.
  • A guest-focused mindset and passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Calm under pressure with quick problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine love for hospitality and connecting with people.

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and friendly service, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience.
  • Take orders accurately and make recommendations from the menu, showcasing your knowledge of our offerings.
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring all orders are correct and meet quality standards.
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with your teammates, maintaining open communication during busy shifts to ensure seamless service.
  • Keep the dining area clean and organized, supporting a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.
  • Handle guest payments and manage the cash drawer with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu items and specials, using your expertise to enhance the guest experience.
