About The Position
This role is responsible for providing excellent service to guests in a fine dining environment. The server will be knowledgeable about menus, beverage offerings, and hotel promotions. Key duties include setting up and breaking down stations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction through pleasant and efficient service.
Requirements
- Must present ServSafe Certifications and RAMP Certifications upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of fine dining service.
- Must have full familiarity with menus.
- Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings/promotions.
- Station set-up and breakdown/side-work.
- Polish and clean water glasses and flatware in assigned station before opening hours.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager or supervisor.
- Complete all assigned side work duties.
- Service to guests.
- Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained.
- Complete cleanliness of all dining areas, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
- Knowledge of hotel property and downtown area.
- Familiarity with all food and beverage promotions.
