About The Position

IHOP Servers greet customers, take orders, and serve guests to provide a high-quality dining experience. They may also perform other duties necessary for restaurant operations as assigned by the acting supervisor, in accordance with governmental and company policies. The job description is not all-inclusive.

Requirements

• Be motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent customer service.
• Stand for up to 8 hours during a shift.
• Be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks.
