Requirements

• 1+ years as a primary server in a fast paced, full service upscale/fine dining restaurant.
• Knowledge of the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Familiarity with table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, and proper table setup and dress code.
• Familiarity with food and beverage menu items, their prices, preparation methods, ingredients, and quality standards.
• Well-organized and focused, with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Collaboration and teamwork.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional hospitality and service to our valued guests.
• Guiding guests through the menu.
• Taking food and beverage orders.
• Serving food and beverages to guests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Efficiently processing orders and payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Adhering to state liquor regulations, company service and culture standards, policies and procedures.
