About The Position

Princess Anne Country Club is currently seeking servers to work in the Upscale Casual Dining area of the club. This is an opportunity to gain experience in a fun and energetic environment. The position is responsible for providing food and beverage service to club members and their guests, as well as setting up and breaking down for service and special events. The club offers flexible schedules, growth opportunities, and regular social events. Princess Anne Country Club is a 105-acre property with an 18-hole golf course, driving range, 11 tennis courts, two pickleball courts, a fitness center, a casual restaurant, an aquatics complex, and a full-service clubhouse with two dining rooms, five event spaces, lounges/locker rooms, a Kids Club 3800 babysitting service, and The Reef youth lounge.

Requirements

• 18+ preferred but not required
• Prior experience preferred
• Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude, works well with others and understands the importance of teamwork
• Provides professional and attentive service to all club members and their guests
• Able to learn our menu and daily specials and is capable of providing answers to any questions from members
• Must have great communication skills and attention to detail
• Must have a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast pace environment
