Requirements
- Ability to read and understand instructions
- Basic math skills for portioning and counting
- Customer service skills for occasional patient and visitor interaction
- Physical strength for lifting objects up to 50 pounds and standing for up to two hours
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines
- No previous experience required
Responsibilities
- Set up tray line assembly
- Portion foods for patient trays
- Transport trays to patient units
- Operate dishwashers and maintain cleanliness
- Prepare workstations and patient food trays
- Maintain sanitation standards and organization
