About The Position
Server – Part-Time Location: The Kensington, Fort Madison, IA Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | No Late Nights Join Our Team as a Server – Make Every Meal Meaningful! At The Kensington, an Agemark Senior Living community , we believe dining is more than a meal—it's an experience. As a Server, you'll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while building genuine connections with residents and making every meal something they look forward to.
Requirements
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred, but we'll train the right person.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents with a smile and take meal orders.
- Serve food and beverages in a friendly, efficient manner.
- Assist with dining room setup, cleanup, and restocking supplies.
- Support community events and special dining experiences.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.
