About The Position

Servers deliver an exceptional customer experience by learning and using First Watch’s Five Steps of Service. They multitask across tableside responsibilities while demonstrating friendliness and strong food knowledge. Servers work as part of a team, treat customers and colleagues with kindness and respect, and serve safe, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. The role is at a daytime dining concept; the posting states that there are no night shifts.
