About The Position
We are excited to launch a new fine dining restaurant in the heart of Houston, featuring a prime location, upscale atmosphere, and elevated culinary experience. Team members will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting new concept from the ground up while working in a fun, energetic, and hospitality-driven environment focused on growth, teamwork, and unforgettable guest experiences. Culinary Khancepts is a dynamic, multi-concept restaurant and entertainment group, including State Fare Kitchen & Bar, Liberty Kitchen & Oysterette, The Audrey, Reel Luxury Cinemas, Epicure Café, Leo’s, the Historic River Oaks Theatre, Mayahuel, Star Cinema Grill, Hollywood Palms, and River Oaks Pharmacy. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality or casual dining setting
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Customer-focused, energetic, and solution-oriented
- Flexible availability to meet restaurant and cinema scheduling needs
- Food handler & TABC certifications required
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, personality, and efficiency
- Stay current on menu offerings, daily specials, and any updates
- Guide guests through food and beverage selections with confidence and care
- Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area
- Accurately handle cash and credit transactions
- Refill drinks, clear tables, and respond promptly to guest needs
- Assist in special events and promotional activities
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
