About The Position

Servers are core team members of P.F. Chang’s scratch-kitchen restaurant, providing individualized and exceptional guest experiences. They deliver hospitality, help guests navigate the menu, take and serve food and beverage orders, process payments, and work as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The listed pay is $2.13 per hour plus tips, based on experience. Full-time and part-time hourly positions are available.

Requirements

Previous experience is not required; training is provided.
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
Ability to follow proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
Must meet the state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
Must have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or obtain one with the company’s help.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Anticipate, deliver, and exceed guests’ expectations to provide an excellent hospitality experience.
Understand the restaurant menu, engage guests in choosing menu items, and answer their questions.
Guide guests through the dining experience by taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders and processing payments.
Understand the restaurant seating layout and server areas, and deliver food throughout the restaurant.
