About The Position
Windsor Manor Indianola is hiring a part-time Server to help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents and guests. The role’s primary responsibility is to accommodate diners by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner. The position is listed at $16–$17 per hour with a 6 a.m.–2 p.m. schedule.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Pay attention to detail and demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, safety awareness, and teamwork.
- Pass a criminal background screening.
- Adhere to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Responsibilities
- Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely, professional manner, and interact with them in a friendly, service-oriented way.
- Serve food efficiently and professionally.
- Clear glasses, silverware, dishes, and other items after diners finish a course or meal, following Company protocol.
- Maintain a clean dining room; wipe down and sanitize chairs, windows, floors, and work areas after every meal period.
- Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
- Label and date all food.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
