About The Position
Riverside Grille is a brand-new restaurant opening in downtown Beaumont in the historic Crockett Street Entertainment district. We are seeking exceptional candidates to join our service and culinary team. We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment. We seek people who choose high standards of excellence as a guiding principle, and a commitment to becoming the best at their profession. Professional attitude, cleanliness, and high standards are non-negotiable. Our Servers fulfill and exceed our Guests’ expectations by providing friendly and attentive service. Our knowledgeable, well-trained Servers make menu recommendations, anticipate needs, and provide a dining experience that will encourage our Guests to dine with us again and again. A Server is responsible for attending to diners before, during, and after their meals by helping them place, receive, and pay for their orders. Our restaurant operates as a team so the server will have substantial support from other personnel to achieve maximum guest attention and satisfaction. We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.
