About The Position
Become a part of One Club, One Team at Menlo Circus Club in Atherton, CA. Our Servers are friendly and efficient as they serve food and drinks to our club members and guests. If you have great customer service skills, enjoy a fast-paced job, and want to work in a fun environment, we want to meet you! You are dependable and eager to learn. You have dependable transportation to get be on time for your shift.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable of Food and Wine.
- Must be able to work standing and constant walking for a minimum period of 8 hours per day.
- Periodical bending, kneeling, and stretching are required.
- Pull, push, move, carry, and lift at least 35 pounds of force is required.
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands.
- Must have the ability to work in the United States unrestricted.
Nice To Haves
- Food Handler's Permit is a plus
- Experience with Club Essentials or a POS system.
- Member Experience Focused
- Private Club experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet members by name and learn about their drink preferences.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and offer specials
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
