About The Position

Join our team and help create memorable dining experiences for our residents through exceptional hospitality and service. We are looking for a Server to greet residents and guests in a warm and professional manner, take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, and serve meals and beverages according to established service standards. You will also assist with dining room setup, table settings, and side work assignments, while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room. This role involves refilling beverages, clearing tables, and assisting residents as needed, while strictly following food safety and infection control guidelines. You will work cooperatively with kitchen staff and fellow team members, attend required training sessions and team meetings, and provide exceptional hospitality while promoting resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work weekends on a regular basis.
  • Must be available to work holidays.
  • Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry trays throughout the shift.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous serving, hospitality, restaurant service experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
