About The Position

P.F. Chang's is hiring full-time or part-time hourly dine-in food and beverage Servers. Servers are core team members of the scratch kitchen restaurant and provide individualized, exceptional guest experiences. They deliver hospitality, help guests choose menu items, answer questions, guide guests throughout dining, take and serve food and beverage orders, process payments, and work within the restaurant's seating layout and server areas.

Requirements

• Previous experience is not required; training will be provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to follow proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet the state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Must have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or obtain one with the company’s assistance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate, deliver, and exceed guests’ expectations to provide an excellent hospitality experience.
• Understand the restaurant menu, help guests choose menu items, and answer their questions.
• Guide guests through their dining experience by taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders and processing payments.
• Understand the restaurant seating layout, server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
