About The Position

Rocky Mountain Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral is seeking an energetic, friendly Server. The role’s main responsibility is “Making Pleasurable Dining Affordable,” with hospitality as its most important focus. Servers are expected to maintain a positive attitude, ongoing professionalism, a clean and neat appearance, and courtesy while helping create a welcoming, inclusive restaurant environment and encouraging guests to return. The Server supports guest satisfaction and restaurant operations by following the Eight Steps of Service, responding to guests’ needs, sharing information about products and promotions, assisting other Servers, completing opening, closing, and side-work duties, and maintaining cleanliness and quality standards. This franchise location is independently owned and operated; the franchisee makes hiring decisions and handles applications.

Responsibilities

Follow the Eight Steps of Service to ensure guest satisfaction and promote return visits.
Help maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests.
Recognize guests’ needs and work to make their experience pleasurable.
Show enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions.
Assist other Servers to promote teamwork and outstanding guest service.
Understand product specifications and ensure guests’ receipts match the number of guests in their party.
Perform opening and closing procedures and side-work duties.
Bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the Manager.
Follow correct table-bussing procedures.
Follow safe work practices to protect personal safety and the safety of coworkers and guests.
Perform the duty roster and meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
Follow local health department laws.
