About The Position
The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery (OMB) is seeking a Server to execute excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction at our brauhaus. This role involves preparing tables, attending to guests, presenting menus, taking and serving orders, answering questions, collaborating with staff, managing complaints, issuing bills, accepting payments, and performing additional duties as requested by management. OMB is a well-known craft brewery in Charlotte, NC, founded in 2009, adhering to the German Purity Law. With two locations, OMB offers a lively, family-friendly atmosphere and is committed to community involvement and high-quality brews.

Responsibilities
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to customers upon their entrance to property
- Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
- Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers, bar staff, and culinary staff
- Proactively manage complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Perform additional duties as requested by management
