About The Position

CAMERON MITCHELL RESTAURANTS is seeking a SERVER to join our team! Our servers are responsible for making "Raving Fans" of our guests and each other. This requires thorough product knowledge (food, wine, and liquor) and proficiency in service procedures. We believe in putting our Associates first and strive to continually offer great benefits and perks.

Responsibilities

• Make "Raving Fans" of our guests and each other.
• Ensure thorough product knowledge (food, wine, and liquor).
• Be proficient in service procedures.
• Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule.
• Maintain a uniform that meets restaurant requirements.
• Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits.
• Exemplify hospitality standards.
• Answer guest's questions about the restaurant.
• Handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
• Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties, if needed.
• Communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion.
• Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
• Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
• Know emergency procedures in the restaurant.
• Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
