About The Position

Mama Kim Malaysian Fusion is a modern Malaysian-fusion restaurant focused on whole ingredients, bold flavors, and nourishing the body from the inside out. As the first U.S. location of a highly regarded Malaysian brand with 13 restaurants overseas, we are proud to bring a health-forward culinary experience to Greenwood Village. Located beside our sister day spa Jalan Facial Spa, our concept blends vibrant Southeast Asian traditions with modern wellness values. Position Overview Are you passionate about providing excellent hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences? We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our Front of House team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every guest feels welcome, attended to, and leaves with a positive impression of Mama Kim Malaysian Fusion.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of menu items and ingredients (training provided).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Alcohol Server Certification (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, providing menus and answering questions.
• Take food and beverage orders, make recommendations, and accurately enter orders into the Toast POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Check in with guests throughout service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with bussing, resetting tables, and keeping service areas stocked and clean.
• Process guest payments accurately and follow company policies on handling cash, credit, and gratuities.
• Uphold health, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times
