About The Position

Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club, located in Bonita Springs, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. This is a seasonal position that will last 6 months or less.

Requirements

Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
Must be dependable.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
One to two years of food service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Thorough understanding of fine and casual dining.
Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
Provides prompt and efficient guest service.
Displays knowledge of the F&B menu.
Takes guests' food and drink orders and turns them in to the kitchen and bar.
Serves beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner.
Adheres to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies, including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests.
Checks back to ensure guest satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary or upon request.
Suggests and serves dessert, coffee, and other items as applicable.
Handles all cash and credit card payments following standard operating procedures.
Keeps tables, the dining room, and workstations sanitized and organized.
Listens and responds to guest complaints.
Performs cleanup and closing procedures as assigned by manager.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
