About The Position

Greet guests and deliver fast, friendly, accurate service. Take and enter orders clearly; coordinate with kitchen. Run food and drinks quickly and correctly. Upsell specials, combos, and high-margin items. Guide guests with recommendations and suggestive selling. Promote Denny’s Rewards Program (earn points, perks, offers). Keep dining area clean, stocked, and guest-ready. Process payments (cash, card, digital). Support team flow with FOH and BOH.

Requirements

• Server / waitstaff / customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Confident upselling and guest engagement
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• 18+ with nights/weekends/holiday availability
