About The Position
Join the vibrant team at Ledges Restaurant, set within the scenic White Mountain Hotel & Resort. We are looking for friendly, professional servers who are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Requirements
- Previous serving experience preferred; strong interest in hospitality required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests, present menus, and provide attentive, professional service throughout their meal.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answer questions about menu items, preparation methods, and ingredients with confidence.
- Offer thoughtful suggestions and upsell items to enhance the dining experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Process payments accurately while following proper cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, including setting, clearing, and resetting tables.
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and resort standards at all times.
