Position Summary Golfzon Social is seeking energetic, outgoing, and hospitality-focused Servers to join our team. Successful candidates will be passionate about guest service, thrive in a high-volume environment, and take pride in creating memorable dining and entertainment experiences.

Requirements

Previous serving experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
Must meet New York State requirements for serving alcohol.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Guide guests through our food, beverage, and golf experience.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
Promote menu specials, cocktails, and featured items.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
Complete opening, side work, and closing duties.
Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen staff, food runners, and management.
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies.
