About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing orders, delivering food and beverages, maintaining table cleanliness, and processing payments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and multitasking skills, physical stamina for long shifts, and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Requirements

• Ability to clearly communicate with customers and back-of-house staff.
• Capability to manage multiple tables simultaneously while keeping track of meal progression.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for long shifts.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, explain daily specials, and offer food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately record patrons' choices (including special requests or dietary restrictions) and transmit them to the kitchen and bar.
• Bring food and drinks to tables in a prompt, efficient, and safe manner.
• Ensure table settings remain clean, clear away empty plates, and refill water glasses.
• Total charges, deliver checks, and process cash or credit card payments.
