About The Position

Provides continuous, prompt, and courteous service to customers. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance and complies with safety practices. Explains menu items and specials, makes recommendations, and takes food orders and enters into the POS System. Serves food and beverage according to customer specifications, checks on customers for condiments, beverages or additional food items and follows up with satisfaction of customers. Assists all other front staff when the need arises by bussing, cashiering, hosting, clearing or setting tables, being a team player, etc. Effectively works and communicates with other departments, vendors, customers to resolve problems and expedite work or services. Complies with all MICS, rule, regulations, policies and procedures of the department. Attends mandatory staff and departmental meetings. All other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.

Requirements

• Must have the ability to communicate orally and in writing.
• Attend all trainings and opportunities such as CPR/First Aid, Title 31, MICS.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Must be able to work in a second-hand smoke, high noise, bright lights, dusty and smoke-filled environment.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be able to stoop, knee, crawl, stand, walk, reach near and far.
• Must have the ability to deal with frequent changes, delays, and unexpected events at times.
• Must have the ability to adapt quickly to rapid changes while maintaining composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances.
• Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
• Must be 18 at the time of hire.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
• Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
