Server The Server defines services our customer by taking and delivering food orders. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: Confirms daily specials and provides detail information on ingredients as required Records client’s choices and relays same to kitchen Recalls orders accurately and delivers correct food items to clients Graciously and unobtrusively ensures client satisfaction with meals Ensures that clients know about new items on the menu Recommends wine and beverage pairings with assistance of bartender Recommends side dishes to compliment main courses Up-sells beverages, coffees and desserts as appropriate Handles all customer service concerns graciously, referring difficult issues to the Manager / Executive Chef Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-3 years previous experience in similar capacity
  • Fully bilingual in French and English
