Requirements
- MAST 12 or MAST 13
- Food Handler Certification
Responsibilities
- Must be friendly, engaging and outgoing and have a desire to connect with people.
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including chef features, beverage pairings, and dietary accommodations.
- Accurately communicate orders to the bar and kitchen, including dietary needs and special requests
- Provide attentive table service, including refills, clearing dishes, and fulfilling guest requests
- Process payments and present checks, including handling cash and credit transactions accurately
