About The Position

We are looking for qualified candidates who are passionate about hospitality to join our team! Lotus of Siam continues to pursue excellence and industry leadership with original recipes, quality sourcing and responsible practices. Lotus is proud to announce its 3rd location at Red Rock Casino Resort opening this fall.

Requirements

• Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date.
• Must have TAM card up to date.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs.
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests.
• Understanding and execution of nightly financial reporting.
• Exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment.
• Fosters a positive work environment.
• Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership.
• Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars.
• Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage.
• All other duties as assigned.
