Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn is seeking for experienced and team-oriented candidate for a part-time Server position. Candidate must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and/or holidays.

Requirements

At least 4 years fine dining restaurant experience preferred
Must be creative, team-oriented, and self-motivated
Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to work well in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and time management skills
Moderate physical efforts required: standing, carrying, bending, stretching, stooping, pulling, and pushing, lifting of weights up to 50 pounds
Working conditions involve noise, heat, changes in temperature, kitchen elements, odors, moisture, etc.
May be required to work additional hours as dictated by the workload and staffing

Responsibilities

Orchestrating the food and beverage service for a station of tables and being the face of the establishment.
Developing rapport with guests, and offering a warm, efficient, and thoughtful service.
Possessing a commanding knowledge and passion about food, wine, spirits, and service in general.
Executing the restaurant’s vision and philosophy.
Improvising and making impromptu decisions in accordance with the cycle of service and the restaurant’s policies and standards.
