About The Position
White Bear Yacht Club is looking for a Server to work in one of our four dining locations: The Main Dining Room, Anchor Pub, Galley Café, and Golf House Restaurant. Servers are expected to provide excellent, personalized service to our members for ala carte dining, as well as special events.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience in restaurant or country club preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi-task effectively.
- Standing, lifting, carrying for up to 8 hours.
Responsibilities
- Preparing the dining room for daily service.
- Setting tables and food service stations.
- Greeting members and taking food and beverage orders.
- Educating members on food and beverage specials.
- Delivering prepared dishes to members, with proper etiquette.
- Utilizing a POS system to enter orders and charge accounts.
- Cleaning the dining room at the end of service.
