About The Position
Step into the spotlight as a full-time Server at 4200 Great American parkway, earning $18.70 plus tips on a varied schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays). This role exists to keep guest service fast, polished, and unforgettable—especially when the pace spikes. You’ll be responsible for anticipating guest needs, greeting and seating guests, taking food and alcoholic beverage orders, and using suggestive selling to elevate the experience. You’ll enter orders in the POS (or document clearly when systems are down), support banquet set-ups for 10–200 guests, maintain and refresh break stations/buffets, and clean assigned equipment. You’ll also strictly follow state liquor regulations, including refusing service to minors or intoxicated guests. The work environment is onsite, and the pace can be fast, especially during peak times. The team emphasizes crisp communication and seamless coordination to ensure high-impact service.
Requirements
- Food Handling Certificate
- Alcohol Service Certification (TIPS/SERVSAFE)
- Knowledge of state liquor regulations
- Fluent English (verbal & written)
- Basic arithmetic
- POS/order entry skills
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to lift trays/equipment
